Villa Nilsson is a beautiful split level two story home situated in Höganäs, Sweden, where the landscape, architectural and stylistic interplay between material and nature is in absolute interaction. The villa was built in 2010, it is a building with low-key appearance that clearly manifested but is also blends well with the surroundings. The architecture consists of clear, rigorous and simple volumes where the encounter between the different building materials is important. The Villa Nilsson is comprised of 235 square meters (2,529 square foot) of living space with three-and-a-half bathrooms and three bedrooms. The living room and kitchen are on the second level, which includes a grand terrace with an outdoor fireplace, offering beautiful unobstructed views and an external staircase to the pool area. Swimming pool has a pleasant cast mosaic as well as a meditative and quiet courtyard. In this beautiful split level two story home all the green roofs are covered with sedum (environmentally friendly, functional and incredibly beautiful when it blooms).
