This luxury villa in Alicante, Spain, has a privileged location, in "Sierra Cortina" of Finestrat and fantastic views to the bay and the island of Benidorm.

This fantastic property has 459 square meters of built area, on a plot of 813 square meters. Because of its orientation, the views of the bay of Benidorm are fabulous and can be enjoyed from almost every point of the house.

From the pedestrian access, we can enter in a magnificent garden, with an endless pool that extends along one of the sides of the property. Access to the main door of the apartment by a walkway that gives access to the porch next to the pool.

Once inside the house there is a large living room with large windows allowing you to enjoy the views and thanks to the maximum opening of the Schüco carpentry the pool area and porch are merged with the interior of the house. Kitchen is integrated with the living room and has dining area both indoor and outdoor. On this floor there is also a toilet and a washing area.

Access to both the first floor and the basement is done by a magnificent spiral staircase made of steel and wood.

On the first floor, the first room we find is the master bedroom. A suite with 35 square meters in which dressing, toilet and shower area and bathtub is practically integrated in the bedroom area. This suite has been designed to enjoy the skyline of the city of Benidorm.

This floor has two other fabulous spaces. One of them of 15.5 square meters, with wardrobes and a large bathroom en suite.

At the end of the corridor, with natural light thanks to the windows installed along it, is the third bedroom of the apartment. It has 25.5 square meters, a wall covered with wardrobes and an original bathroom en suite equipped with separate shower.

In the basement, in addition to the garage for two vehicles there is an additional space prepared to install an additional bedroom or living room, a gym or any other use that is necessary.

Finally, it should be noted that it is a house with underfloor heating system, ducted air conditioning, interior carpentry with lacquered wooden doors of 2.3 meters high, exterior aluminum carpentry of the Schüco brand, electric shutters and home automation system from which to control all the benefits of housing.

The residential area where this luxury villa in Alicante is located offers a wide range of services such as hypermarkets, cinemas, gymnasium, paddle courts, golf courses (Sierra Cortina Golf Club or Puig Campana Golf Club) and restaurants, as well as Have areas suitable for hiking and cycling. It is an area very close to both Finestrat and the city of Benidorm, with direct access from the Mediterranean motorway AP 7. In this fantastic area have been located luxury hotels such as the Meliá Villa Aitana or Barceló Asia Gardens, which shows that it is a suitable environment for rest.

Low-Energy Organic House Design with "Wild Slate Roof", Germany

About architect

ArchitectWalter Andre
LocationZell, Germany
Year2008

In this low-energy organic house design, regional, historical and organic structures and materials complement each other symbiotically to a fairy-tale "wavehouse". The organic structure is essentially achieved by the "wild slate roof", the roof roundings, the roof gutters and the rounded cornices.

Both externally and internally, the historical components collected passionately by the client are integrated and modeled using organic forms to form an exceptionally memorable building.
